The Algae cuvette is designed to allow the measurement and investigation of chlorophyll fluorescence in algae and cyanobacteria. Capability allows for measurement of Y(II), ETR, FV/FM, FV/FO, and NPQ. Furthermore ETRMAX, IK, the greek small case α, and IM , can be measured using the Rapid Light Curve protocol available on the  OS1p and OS5p chlorophyll fluorometers. Graphs are also provided.
