The standard pulse modulated measurement parameters involved with light adapted yield, and dark adapted Fv/Fm are both included. Quenching and quenching relaxation tests along with a stepped actinic test provide excellent tools to measure photo-protective mechanisms, state transitions, light stress, heat stress, and cold stress. These are very robust tests have been proven to correlate well with carbon fixation rates in plants for most types of stress.
